This course is the most recommendable to enjoy Higashiyama area. Take a walk from Yasaka-jinja Shrine/Maruyama Park to Kodai-ji Temple. Keep walking down to Ninenzaka Slope and Sannenzaka Slope, you'll get to Kiyomizu-dera Temple.
